NOTE: Mac Mail Desktop should only be setup with POP3 ONLY and configured to "Remove copy from server after retrieving a message: After one month". As there is no provision on Mac OS to provide auto-archive functionality.

To setup retrieval preferences, in Mac Mail, go to: Mail->Preferences->Select Account->Account Information
Please use the following settings for your e-mail account:
POP3 Incoming Settings
Hostname: mail.yourdomain.com
Username: user@domain.com
Password:
Server Port: 110 (995 for SSL/TLS)
IMAP Incoming Settings
Hostname: mail.yourdomain.com
Username: user@domain.com
Password:
Server Port: 143 (993 for SSL/TLS)
SMTP Outgoing Settings
Hostname: mail.yourdomain.com
Username: user@domain.com
Password:
Server Port: 587 (465 for SSL/TLS)
